Mr. Lyons routinely assists investors, landowners, contractors, and lenders on a wide array of real estate matters including secured lending, zoning, and land use. Mr. Lyons is also a business owner and real estate investor with knowledge and experience with various asset acquisition and exit strategies, including note purchases and assignments, tax sales, estate acquisitions, and foreclosure sales.
Mr. Lyons graduated from the University of Georgia School of Law in Athens, Georgia. While in law school, he clerked for Professor Matthew I. Hall conducting research on the interaction between zoning and land use restrictions and property values across the U.S. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Lyons graduated from the University of Georgia Terry College of Business with degrees in Finance and Real Estate.
Mr. Lyons was born and raised in Augusta, Georgia. In his free time, Mr. Lyons enjoys playing golf, visiting Athens, GA for UGA football games, and traveling with his family.
