Mr. Nock represents and advises small and large businesses in all stages of the corporate life cycle including business formation, mergers and acquisitions, commercial contractual matters, corporate governance, winding-up, and succession planning. In addition to corporate matters, Mr. Nock has represented clients in corporate, real estate, and land use disputes.
Mr. Nock graduated cum laude from the University of Georgia School of Law, where he served on the Editorial Board of the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law and was a member of the Business Law Society and the Real Estate and Property Organization. During law school, Mr. Nock worked as an intern for the Hon. Brian K. Epps, Magistrate Judge for the U.S. District Court for the Southern District of Georgia and as an extern in the corporate counsel department of one of Europe’s largest telecommunications firms.
Prior to attending law school, Mr. Nock graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with degrees in International Relations and Religious Studies. Mr. Nock also spent time working on Capitol Hill in Washington, DC.
Mr. Nock currently resides in Marietta. In his free time, Mr. Nock enjoys traveling, playing golf, skiing, hiking, fly fishing, and watching the Tide and the Dawgs.
