Ms. Bensinger assists individual and business clients in a variety of matters involving commercial litigation, real estate litigation, and construction litigation. Ms. Bensinger also represents and advises small and large businesses regarding labor and employment issues and other various business and contractual matters.
Ms. Bensinger received her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she competed and coached for the UGA Law Mock Trial Team. During law school, Ms. Bensinger spent consecutive summers working in the corporate litigation department at a Fortune 500 logistics company. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Bensinger graduated magna cum laude from the University of Alabama with a degree in Psychology.
A native of Fayetteville, Arkansas, Ms. Bensinger currently lives in Alpharetta, Georgia. In her free time, Ms. Bensinger enjoys being active outdoors with her dog, Scout, as well as traveling, snow skiing, cooking, and cheering on the Tide and the Dawgs.
