Mr. Law, a native of Northwest Georgia, provides legal counsel to landowners, businesses, and investors, focusing on property-related matters and commercial litigation. Mr. Law’s property practice includes representing landowners in preserving their land use entitlements, appealing condemnation actions against government agencies and public utilities, inverse condemnation, resolving title issues, as well as protecting private property rights with respect to boundary disputes, easement issues, trespass, and encroachments. Mr. Law’s commercial litigation practice includes representing business entities and owners in complex commercial disputes including breach of contract, shareholder disputes, breach of duty, and various other business disputes.
Raised on a historic farm in Cartersville, Georgia, Mr. Law has a deep connection to landowners’ concerns and is dedicated to protecting the property interests of his clients. A proud “Double Dawg,” Mr. Law earned a Bachelor of Business Administration in Real Estate from the University of Georgia in 2019. Mr. Law has a strong understanding of Real Estate fundamentals and prior to his entry into the practice of law, assisted property owners and investors with sales, investments, project analysis, and development; primarily in the industrial and commercial real estate sectors.
During his time at the University of Georgia School of Law, Mr. Law served as Executive Managing Editor of the Georgia Criminal Law Review and was President of the Rod and Gun Club. In his free time, Mr. Law enjoys hunting, fishing, backpacking and spending time with his dog, Rio.
