ATTORNEYS

Mr. Flint represents businesses ranging from small companies to large corporations on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, private equity and venture capital transactions, financing and lending arrangements, and debt and equity offerings. In addition to his transactional work, Mr. Flint routinely serves as a general business and legal advisor to his clients, counseling on matters such as corporate governance and restructuring, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and the various corporate matters involved with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures.

Prior to joining FCW, Mr. Flint practiced corporate and transactional law at the Atlanta-based law firm Smith, Gambrell & Russell, LLP. Mr. Flint received a Business Administration degree, with highest honors, from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and his J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Mr. Flint served as an Editor for the Georgia Law Review, competed and coached for the Georgia Law Moot Court Team, volunteered his legal services to local businesses through the UGA Business Law Clinic, and completed a corporate counsel internship with The Home Depot.

Mr. Flint is involved with numerous community and business organizations in the Metro Atlanta area, including the Cobb Chamber of Commerce and the Atlanta chapter of the Association for Corporate Growth. Mr. Flint has been selected as a Super Lawyers ® “Rising Star” for the past four consecutive years (2022 – 2025). In his free time, Mr. Flint enjoys traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. Mr. Flint lives in Marietta with his wife, Maddy, and their two dogs.

• Represented A&E Conveyor Systems, a Georgia-based leader in conveyor system manufacturing and installation, in connection with a merger with Bieffeco Inc., an Italian manufacturer of industrial machinery.
• Represented Acworth-based Coyne Pest Control in a sale to Bug Busters, one of Georgia’s leading pest control companies.
• Represented North Georgia landfill business in sale to a leading Florida-based waste management company backed by private equity.
• Represented Douglasville Eye Clinic in a sale to Georgia Vision Institute, a leading medical and surgical eye care provider.
• Represented two landscape supply companies in back-to-back sales to leading supplier of sod and landscape materials.
• Represented regional plumbing company in sale to Florida-based HVAC, plumbing, and electrical services group with private equity backing.
• Represented Cobb County based Metro Building Products, Inc. in sale to Spahn & Rose Lumber Co., a nationwide lumber distributor.
• Represented outdoor furniture reseller in sale to Georgia-based outdoor playset and furniture manufacturer.
• Represented leading manufacturer of corrugated cardboard boxes located in North Georgia in sale of the company to prominent New York-based packaging provider.
