Mr. Walker represents business owners, mid-sized and closely held corporations, and real estate owners, developers, and residential and commercial contractors in a variety of litigation and corporate matters. Mr. Walker has achieved an “AV Preeminent” rating by Martindale-Hubbell, the leading attorney rating service.
Mr. Walker has a depth of knowledge in the areas of construction law, contracts, real estate, probate law and estate administration, and various matters related to the business operations of employers and business owners. Mr. Walker serves as a trusted advisor to numerous business clients who consult with him regarding the multitude of legal issues that arise in the day-to-day operation of companies ranging from small businesses to national enterprises.
An experienced litigator, Mr. Walker has led his litigation team to win numerous jury trials throughout the State of Georgia. Mr. Walker collaborates with clients to develop and implement effective strategies for confronting the challenges and opportunities that they encounter in the litigation arena. In each case, Mr. Walker tailors his approach to meet the unique needs and specific resources of each client to obtain an optimal outcome for the client’s individual dispute.
Mr. Walker graduated magna cum laude from the Georgia State University College of Law where he was the Symposium Editor of the Georgia State University Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Walker graduated cum laude with a degree in Political Science from the University of Georgia.
Mr. Walker is a native of Cherokee County and lives in north Georgia with his wife and three children. Mr. Walker is active in his church and several organizations and serves as a member of the Board of Directors for a private school in his community.
Mr. Walker is admitted to practice law in all Georgia State Courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the Georgia Court of Appeals, and the Georgia Supreme Court.
