An experienced lawyer and businessman, Mr. Flint has practiced law in Cherokee County, Georgia, and metro Atlanta for the entirety of his career. Mr. Flint is also owner and CEO of a commercial real estate company with holdings throughout north Georgia and is experienced in most aspects of real estate, construction, development, and rehabilitation of commercial and historic properties and the legal issues affecting businesses in those fields.
Mr. Flint represents businesses and individuals in a range of legal matters affecting business and real estate, both in court and out of court, including thousands of cases involving land use and contract and title matters
Mr. Flint has also aggressively represented numerous clients in condemnation cases — always representing the landowner — to protect their rights and recover the maximum possible under the law when government and big corporations use eminent domain to try to take land away. Mr. Flint has won countless condemnation dismissals and recovered hundreds of millions of dollars for his clients.
Mr. Flint grew up in Canton, Georgia and remains very active in the Cherokee County community, having served on numerous non-profit boards and donating his time and efforts to several worthy causes.
Mr. Flint is admitted to practice in the state and federal courts of Georgia, the United States Supreme Court, Georgia Court of Appeals, Georgia Supreme Court, and United States Court of Appeals for the Eleventh Circuit.
Mr. Flint is fluent in French and conversational in Spanish, and he assists many international clients with business matters inside and outside the United States.
