Ms. White represents businesses across various industries in a broad range of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, entity formation, and corporate governance. Ms. White works with companies at all stages of growth, from early-stage startups to established corporations.
Ms. White earned her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law, where she served as Executive Managing Editor of the Georgia Law Review and President of the Privacy & Technology Law Society. While in law school, Ms. White gained a comprehensive understanding of both small and large-scale corporate needs by assisting small businesses through the Business Law Clinic and completing a corporate counsel externship at Verizon Business.
Prior to law school, Ms. White graduated summa cum laude from Kennesaw State University with a B.S. degree in Political Science, along with minors in Legal Studies and Applied Statistics and Data Analytics.
Ms. White lives in Woodstock and enjoys exploring new restaurants and spending time with friends and family.
