Mr. Machitar represents individuals and businesses in general civil litigation matters including real estate, lien, probate, and general business disputes involving contracts and commercial leases. Having handled matters in a wide array of fields from federal immigration law in Article I courts to felony criminal defense in Georgia superior courts, Mr. Machitar offers diverse ideas and comprehensive strategies to his litigation practice.
Mr. Machitar attended college at the University of Georgia, earning degrees in Political Science and Philosophy, before earning his J.D. from the University of Georgia School of Law. Prior to becoming a licensed attorney, Mr. Machitar owned and operated a classic car restoration shop in Acworth, Georgia, specializing in vintage and classic GM cars and trucks. In his free time, Mr. Machitar can be found tinkering on project cars, fishing and hunting, playing golf and, of course, cheering on the Dawgs.
