Mr. Connolly represents clients in business and general civil litigation, personal injury, and white collar and major criminal cases. With over twenty-eight years of practice experience, Mr. Connolly has an excellent reputation as a trial and appellate lawyer and has participated in hundreds of arbitrations, mediations, bench trials, and jury trials throughout his career.
In addition to conducting over seventy-five civil and criminal jury trials in Georgia state and federal courts, Mr. Connolly has handled a multitude of appeals involving construction, condemnation, foreclosure confirmation, real estate, zoning, corporate dissolution, copyright, and other business lawsuits throughout the State of Georgia.
Mr. Connolly has also successfully represented wronged parties in hundreds of personal injury cases, including car accident, slip and fall, premise liability, products liability, wrongful death, and medical malpractice cases, recovering millions of dollars in compensation for his clients.
Mr. Connolly is active in his church and numerous other community and charitable organizations in metro Atlanta. In his free time, Mr. Connolly coaches baseball and enjoys reading, hiking, camping, gardening, and spending time outdoors. Mr. Connolly lives in Woodstock with his wife, Lisa, and they have five adult children.
