Mr. Maitz’s practice centers on general civil litigation in state, federal, and probate courts, where he represents individuals and businesses in diverse legal matters. Mr. Maitz’s work primarily involves business litigation, construction litigation, and real estate litigation.
A Georgia native, Mr. Maitz earned his bachelor’s degree in political science, with a minor in economics, from Georgia Southern University, graduating cum laude. Mr. Maitz received his J.D. degree from Georgia State University College of Law, where he served as a Graduate Assistant and worked with a boutique firm specializing in litigation during his studies.
In his free time, Mr. Maitz enjoys playing golf, fishing, hunting, and watching the Atlanta Braves. Mr. Maitz lives in Woodstock, Georgia.
