Col. Anderson grew up in Milwaukee, Wisconsin and graduated from the University of Wisconsin before receiving his J.D. from Marquette University School of Law in 1970. After active duty with the U.S. Marine Corps, Col. Anderson joined the City Attorney’s office in Milwaukee and later became an Assistant U.S. Attorney in the Eastern District of Wisconsin. In 1986, Col. Anderson transferred to the Northern District of Georgia (Atlanta Division) where he handled narcotics and international money laundering conspiracy cases. Col. Anderson remained in the U.S. Marine Corps Reserve until his retirement in 1999 as a Colonel.
Col. Anderson began practicing in Cherokee County, Georgia when he joined FCW in 2001. Col. Anderson focuses his practice on civil litigation and appeals, public interest law, and white-collar crime. In his free time, Col. Anderson enjoys riding British motorcycles and scuba diving.
