Mrs. Franklin focuses her practice on general litigation and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state, federal, and probate courts regarding a broad range of areas including business litigation, construction litigation, and estate and fiduciary litigation. Mrs. Franklin also assists individuals and families with guardianship, conservatorship, and estate planning needs.
After earning her undergraduate degree and paralegal certificate from Kennesaw State University, Mrs. Franklin earned her J.D. degree from the University of Georgia. During her time at Georgia Law, Mrs. Franklin served as the Vice-President of the Student Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and gained trial experience by prosecuting various misdemeanors and felonies as a third-year prosecutorial intern in the Floyd County, Georgia District Attorney’s office.
Mrs. Franklin is admitted to practice law in all Georgia state courts, the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia, the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of Georgia, and the Georgia Court of Appeals.
In her free time, Mrs. Franklin enjoys being outdoors with her dogs, gardening, and working on
her family’s farm. Mrs. Franklin lives in Cartersville with her husband, Cody, and their daughter,
Lottie.
