Ms. Tucker focuses her practice on general civil litigation and represents both plaintiffs and defendants in state, federal, and probate courts regarding a broad range of areas including business litigation, construction litigation, and estate and fiduciary litigation. Ms. Tucker also assists with estate planning and probate matters.
Ms. Tucker received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Ms. Tucker worked as a Graduate Assistant, served as President of the UGA Chapter of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, volunteered her legal services to veterans through the Veterans Legal Clinic, and was on the editorial board for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to attending Georgia Law, Ms. Tucker graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in International Affairs.
A Georgia native, Ms. Tucker is active in her church and a number of community organizations. In her free time, Ms. Tucker enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake, and going to Athens to cheer on the Dawgs.
