Ms. Tucker focuses her practice on comprehensive estate planning, Wills and Trusts, and probate and trust administration. Having seen and experienced firsthand the difficulties that are caused by not having proper planning in place, it is Ms. Tucker’s goal to make the estate planning and probate process as easy as possible for her clients.
Ms. Tucker received her J.D. degree, cum laude, from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Ms. Tucker worked as a Graduate Assistant, served as President of the UGA Chapter of the Georgia Association for Women Lawyers, volunteered her legal services to veterans through the Veterans Legal Clinic, and was on the editorial board for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law. Prior to attending Georgia Law, Ms. Tucker graduated summa cum laude from the University of Georgia with a B.A. degree in International Affairs.
A Georgia native, Ms. Tucker is active in her church and a number of community organizations. In her free time, Ms. Tucker enjoys traveling, spending time on the lake, and going to Athens to cheer on the Dawgs.
