Mr. Williams represents businesses of all sizes on a variety of corporate and transactional matters, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing and lending arrangements, and debt and equity offerings. Mr. Williams also assists clients in a variety of general corporate matters such as corporate governance and restructuring, regulatory compliance, commercial contracts, and the various corporate matters involved with the formation of corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures.
Mr. Williams received B.A. degrees in History, Political Science, and International Affairs from the University of Georgia, and remained in Athens where he received his J.D. degree from the University of Georgia School of Law. During law school, Mr. Williams worked as a Graduate Assistant for a law school professor, served as a Conference Editor for the Georgia Journal of International and Comparative Law, served as the Secretary of the UGA Transactional Law Club, and completed a corporate counsel externship with North Highland.
In his free time, Mr. Williams enjoys traveling, exercising, and watching the Dawgs play every Saturday in the fall. Mr. Williams lives in Vinings.
