Flint, Connolly & Walker, LLP is pleased to announce that it served as legal counsel to Aventure Aviation, a leading aftermarket supplier of commercial and military aviation parts and provider of component repair management services, in its acquisition of Atlanta Aviation International, an FAA-certified repair station based in Atlanta, Georgia specializing in aircraft interior refurbishment for commercial, business, general aviation, rotorcraft and military aircraft.
